Increasing water may reduce obesity

A key hormone that regulates blood pressure and body temperature , vasopressin also regulates hydration levels.  It is typically heightened in those with obesity and diabetes.  Studies on rats has shown that when on of the receptors for vasopressin is eliminated in the rats, they are protected from turning sugar into fat and storing it in fat cells.  Increasing water intake lowers vasopressin, which may not only decrease obesity, but blood pressure and diabetes.

New US Dietary Guidelines - breast milk only for at least 6 months for newborns

Additionally the new guidelines recommend zero added sugars for anyone under 2.  That means no cookies, candy, or soda for little kids.  Heart association additionally recommended less than 6% of calories should be from sugar - that is like 120 calories or one half of a can of soda total for the day.

Good news for age 17 and younger

Between March 1st and September 10th there were only 51 deaths of kids in the US from Covid 19, and zero deaths from the flu.  In a typical year that number is around 200 deaths from the flu.  So for kids, Covid 19 is one quarter as dangerous that the typical flu we get every year.  So why did they close schools?  I have said from the beginning that they should be calling this the Social Security flu, since it is us over 65's that are the ones it is really killing.

Our address is  9725 Fair Oaks Blvd. suite A
Our hours are M - F 10 to 3:30

Finding the new location is very easy.  Coming from highway 50 up Sunrise Blvd, you turn left and go up a block.  We are on the right hand side - the building just past the Subway Sandwich shop.  If you are coming down Sunrise from the Mall area then just turn right on Fair Oaks Blvd and up a block on the right.

If you are coming from the Roseville area you could come down Sunrise Blvd, but that is a long trek.  It is probably shorter time wise to come down Auburn Blvd - San Juan Ave like you have been for the Sunset office, but instead of turning left at Sunset, keep going straight 3 more lights to Fair Oaks Blvd and turn left.  Go down 2 lights to New York Ave, go through the intersection, and immediately turn into the turn lane once the center divider ends.  We are on the left.
