Soybean oil causes more obesity and diabetes than sugar

We usually think of diabetes as caused by too much sugar, which is true, but really diabetes is all about inflammation of the fat cells.  New research has demonstrated that soybean oil actually causes more obesity and diabetes than a diet high in sugar.  Soybean is highly inflammatory and should be avoided by everyone at all times.

Air pollution triggers 3.2 million cases of diabetes each year

As mentioned in the soybean article, diabetes is really about inflammation.  New research by the World Health organization estimates that inflammation caused by air pollution is the cause of over 16% new cases of diabetes each year.  The air has been bad around us recently and I have found several people's blood sugar balance being thrown off kilter.

Epigenetics passes down experiences

Epigenetics alters the expression of our genes due to experiences we have.  These experiences can then show up ion the genes of our kids.  The latest examples researched show how fathers spending time in cold environments changes their gene expression for amount of heat generating brown fat.  If these men help conceive a child within 6 months of this experience, the baby will show increased brown fat as well.  Other research is showing that traumatic experiences can also be passed down to kids genetically that results in their having cognitive and behavioral problems.

Our address is  9725 Fair Oaks Blvd. suite A
Our hours are M - F 9 to 1 and M, Tu, & Th 3 to 6

Finding the new location is very easy.  Coming from highway 50 up Sunrise Blvd, you turn left and go up a block.  We are on the right hand side - the building just past the Subway Sandwich shop.  If you are coming down Sunrise from the Mall area then just turn right on Fair Oaks Blvd and up a block on the right.

If you are coming from the Roseville area you could come down Sunrise Blvd, but that is a long trek.  It is probably shorter time wise to come down Auburn Blvd - San Juan Ave like you have been for the Sunset office, but instead of turning left at Sunset, keep going straight 3 more lights to Fair Oaks Blvd and turn left.  Go down 2 lights to New York Ave, go through the intersection, and immediately turn into the turn lane once the center divider ends.  We are on the left.
