Eat fat to live longer

A mouse study shows eating a high fat low carb diet not only increases your lifespan by an estimated 7 to 10 years, but also gives your a greater quality of life as measured by greater muscle strength.  The idea is that using ketones from fat as the energy source for the body instead of glucose/sugar decreases inflammation which ages you faster.  The basic metabolism involved in rats is the same as that in humans so the study is expected to be highly applicable to us.

Time of day you eat seriously affects weight

More than any other factor they measured, a real world study of real humans found that the time of day they consumed food relative to when their body released melatonin for sleep was related to their body mass.  Those that ate later in the day closer to their body clock time for sleep were heavier.  This is all very individual to each persons own biological clock.  Simply put, don't eat late - whatever late is for you.

Aspirin could repair tooth decay

Recent research has show that aspirin increases the stem cell production for tooth dentin.  This is the tissue usually attacked in cavities in our teeth.  The thought is that aspirin may increase mineralization and repair teeth.

Our address is  9725 Fair Oaks Blvd. suite A
Our hours are M - F 9 to 1 and M, Tu, & Th 3 to 6

Finding the new location is very easy.  Coming from highway 50 up Sunrise Blvd, you turn left and go up a block.  We are on the right hand side - the building just past the Subway Sandwich shop.  If you are coming down Sunrise from the Mall area then just turn right on Fair Oaks Blvd and up a block on the right.

If you are coming from the Roseville area you could come down Sunrise Blvd, but that is a long trek.  It is probably shorter time wise to come down Auburn Blvd - San Juan Ave like you have been for the Sunset office, but instead of turning left at Sunset, keep going straight 3 more lights to Fair Oaks Blvd and turn left.  Go down 2 lights to New York Ave, go through the intersection, and immediately turn into the turn lane once the center divider ends.  We are on the left.
