Nuts reduce many diseases

A mere 3/4 ounce of nuts consumed per day reduces coronary heart disease 30%, cancer 15%, death from respiratory disease by 50%, and death from diabetes by 40%.  That is pretty amazing from such a small amount of food consumed daily.  It does not seem to matter what kinds of nut you eat either.

False Memories

Half of people, if told some false event happened in their past and then asked to visualize it happening will actually believe that the event really happened.  This has significant impact on witness testimony when possible witnesses are shown photos of suspects and told about crimes.  They often believe they saw these people commit the crimes even when the whole story is made up and completely false.  Where does that leave us after watching the evening news?

Chocolate lowers diabetes?

A study just published seems to indicate that eating chocolate one time per week or more is associated with half the risk of diabetes as those who did not eat chocolate at least once per week.  What the researchers were not sure of is whether their results were because diabetic people were avoiding chocolate because they thought it was bad for them.  They did say that eating chocolate more than once per week did not improve the results.

Our address is  9725 Fair Oaks Blvd. suite A
Our hours are M - F 9 to 1 and M, Tu, & Th 3 to 6

Finding the new location is very easy.  Coming from highway 50 up Sunrise Blvd, you turn left and go up a block.  We are on the right hand side - the building just past the Subway Sandwich shop.  If you are coming down Sunrise from the Mall area then just turn right on Fair Oaks Blvd and up a block on the right.

If you are coming from the Roseville area you could come down Sunrise Blvd, but that is a long trek.  It is probably shorter time wise to come down Auburn Blvd - San Juan Ave like you have been for the Sunset office, but instead of turning left at Sunset, keep going straight 3 more lights to Fair Oaks Blvd and turn left.  Go down 2 lights to New York Ave, go through the intersection, and immediately turn into the turn lane once the center divider ends.  We are on the left.
