 Hi ,

Hayfever?  Allergies?  New relief!
We got in a new product two weeks ago that I have had several patients try out for helping with allergy symptoms.  Their response has been a resounding "yes, this helps!"  It acts like an antihistamine without any of the drowsy side effects of the usual meds.  It is a nutrient and herb base that really works - Histo-X.

How about 1 minute of exercise a week?

Researchers at McMaster University have found that a single minute of very intense exercise does as much for you as hours of traditional moderate exercise.  Three bouts of 20 seconds of extreme effort in exercises like sprinting or rowing or bicycling with a few minutes of casual movement between bouts produces as much strength and cardiac improvement as hours of treadmill or moderate cycling.  Even better gains can be made with extreme super slow weight lifting pushing, pulling, and squatting for 90 seconds each one time every 7 to 10 days.  So the old excuse of “not enough time to work out is gone.”

NSAIDs attack the heart and increase strokes

Chronic use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs like ibuprofen, Naproxen, Motrin, and the like have been found to attack the energy producing factories (mitochondria) in heart cells making them weaker.
They also create damaging reactive oxygen species which burns the cells and impairs the cells ability to break down internal poisons, eventually causing the cells to die.  They have also been found to increase stroke risk.

Friends 'better than morphine

Having friends increases the level of endorphins in your brain.  The more friends you have the greater your level of endorphins.  Endorphins are part of the pleasure response in your brain, but additionally they also block pain better than morphine.  The research looked at pain tolerance and size of a person’s social network.  As expected, the more friends a person had the greater their pain tolerance was.  Being lonely not only is painful to your soul, but your body feels the pain more acutely as well.

Our address is  9725 Fair Oaks Blvd.
Our hours are M - F 9 to 1 and M, Tu, & Th 3 to 6

Finding the new location is very easy.  Coming from highway 50 up Sunrise Blvd, you turn left and go up a block.  We are on the right hand side - the building just past the Subway Sandwich shop.  If you are coming down Sunrise from the Mall area then just turn right on Fair Oaks Blvd and up a block on the right.

If you are coming from the Roseville area you could come down Sunrise Blvd, but that is a long trek.  It is probably shorter time wise to come down Auburn Blvd - San Juan Ave like you have been for the Sunset office, but instead of turning left at Sunset, keep going straight 3 more lights to Fair Oaks Blvd and turn left.  Go down 2 lights to New York Ave, go through the intersection, and immediately turn into the turn lane once the center divider ends.  We are on the left.
