 Hi ,

Osterporosis?  You need WBV!
What is WBV?  It stands for Whole Body Vibration.  Clinical studies show increased bone mass with just 10 minutes of WBV three times a week.  WBV is available in the office for use anytime we are open for only $10 a week, or for a super bonus of only $20 a month.

No heart attacks from eating eggs

Even in people genetically predisposed to cholesterol related heart attacks, the eating of eggs every day poses no threat of increased heart attacks.  Amazingly, the myth that eggs are heart risky is still being researched even though this was proved false over 30 years ago.  Medicine does not want to let go of the simplistic idea that eating cholesterol causes cholesterol problems in our arteries.  There has never been any evidence that this was true and tons of evidence that dietary cholesterol was completely irrelevant to heart attacks.  The myth was politically created in the late 50's as part of a push towards a wheat and corn based diet and is still having a hard time dying.  Now we are dying as a result of this myth pushing excess grains and sugars down our throats.

Eggs are good

Mindfulness lowers blood sugar

Everyday mindfulness, the trait of being present with your feelings and thoughts, has been shown to have a very positive impact on keeping your blood sugar levels in the healthy range.  People with higher scores on a test measuring everyday mindfulness are 35% more likely to have healthy blood sugar levels than those who are not mindful.

Sweet mindfulness

Probiotics dramatically lower liver cancer

In a rat study of the most common type of liver cancer the administration of a strain of probiotics called Prohep reduced liver tumor growth by 40%.  This seems to happen because the probiotics decrease inflammation on the gut and limit the formation of an inflammatory immune cell called a TH17 cell which travels from the gut to the liver and releases inflammatory messengers that speed up tumor growth.  So the bacteria in your gut affect inflammation throughout the rest of your body.

Our address is  9725 Fair Oaks Blvd.
Our hours are M - F 9 to 1 and M, Tu, & Th 3 to 6

Finding the new location is very easy.  Coming from highway 50 up Sunrise Blvd, you turn left and go up a block.  We are on the right hand side - the building just past the Subway Sandwich shop.  If you are coming down Sunrise from the Mall area then just turn right on Fair Oaks Blvd and up a block on the right.

If you are coming from the Roseville area you could come down Sunrise Blvd, but that is a long trek.  It is probably shorter time wise to come down Auburn Blvd - San Juan Ave like you have been for the Sunset office, but instead of turning left at Sunset, keep going straight 3 more lights to Fair Oaks Blvd and turn left.  Go down 2 lights to New York Ave, go through the intersection, and immediately turn into the turn lane once the center divider ends.  We are on the left.
